I had my LMP on 1/1/16. On 1/28 I was raped by a previous close friend /ex , while my husband was out of town. I have not told my husband nor my OB. On 2/1 I took a home pregnancy test- positive, I went to the dr that day and had an hcg test stating I was apx 5 weeks along. The clear blue advanced test taken in this day also indicated that I ovulated 2-3 weeks prior. On 2/11 I visited my OBGYN. She indicated I likely ovulated on the 15. At this appt. the baby was measuring 5w6d and had a strong heart beat of 110. I am terrified that this baby is not my husbands. Suggestions/advice/reassurance? On 3/7 I saw my OBGYN again and the baby was measuring “on track” at 9w3d and had a heart beat of 174.
I am really sorry that you had to go through this. I know the person was a friend or previous friend, but what they did was WRONG! You need to tell your husband and the police! Keeping secrets from your husband will only lead to more issues in the future and him possibly neglecting your little one if he finds out later.
If you are not in any danger physically of telling your husband, I would sit down with him right away and explain what happened and how you have been feeling…why you kept it from him.
I hope this helps and I will be praying all goes well!
